I'm taking part in the London Triathlon on behalf of my friend, Glyn Hughes. During training for the event he was knocked off his bike on his commute to work. He's recovering well but hasn't made it back to full triathlon fitness. Here's wishing him a full recovery and your donations will help to make the roads safer for Glyn and everyone else.
