Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy is a muscle wasting disease that leads to paralysis and death in all cases, and is the most common fatal genetic disorder to affect boys. 

However through research there is a genuine chance of finding a cure – and the Duchenne Children’s Trust have set themselves the target to END DUCHENNE IN TEN. They are funding 8 research projects in the UK and another in the Netherlands right now, so every penny helps.
