Everyone knows someone who either has cancer or has died from cancer.

I've finally decided to stop being selfish and get on my bike to raise a bit of money for two charities that help people suffering from incurable cancer. Money raised through this page will go to The Friends of Cynthia Spencer Hospice who in turn donate to the hospice and to macmillan.
