Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Yoga Aid Challenge gives an opportunity to experience much more about oneself through the practice we love and at the same time raise funds for a good cause. Funds collected will be distributed by Life 4 Children. (http://www.shishukunj.org.uk/upload/L4CFinalleafletSplit.pdf)

Basically i'm gonna aim to do 2 things:

1 - 108 Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations)

2 - Give up chocolate for the rest of the year (for those of you who know me, u know this'll be tough!!)

But its for a very good cause:

Funds raised will support towards providing educational and medical support projects for rural children in India.
