Nightrider 2013 · 8 June 2013 to 9 June 2013 ·

The nation’s leading first aid charity. Every year, more than 400,000 people learn how to save a life through our training programmes. Our volunteers provide first aid in their communities and thanks to them fewer lives will be lost needlessly. Raise money. Help save lives. Be the difference.

Story

I've never done a big charity challenge before, but have always been impressed by friends who have. I'm also a bit lazy but have recently got into mountain biking.

I work for Timico and one of our customers, St John Ambulance (they're also one of our chosen charities) let us know about the Nightrider challenge which immediately got me interested (being an ex-Londoner who's moved up north).

The idea of seeing all of London's sights from my bike saddle is very appealing and this will be a great challenge for me personally and Team Timico! So if you think I can (or can't) pedal my way round 100K on my mountain bike please dig deep and donate now!

THANK YOU :-)
