Story
Simon and I are taking part in The Rocky Road walk on 8/9th June, to raise awareness of mental health, in memory of our friend Ana Rogers’ husband Lee, who tragically died last year.
The Rocky Road walk leaves Slebbech in the the dark, and will arrive at Saundersfoot in the light, to raise awareness of mental health and suicide and the impact it has on the individual and their families. The nighttime walk symbolises depression and hopes to provide hope that with support the darkness can become light. This event is organised by Lee's wife Ana, to ensure that her sons grow up proud of their dad and in a world where mental health problems are properly understood. Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45, please help us change this.
