Nev's Charity Trek for Cancer Research

Nev's Charity Trek for Cancer Research · 9 September 2016
I'm sure most of you will know loved ones who have been affected by the far reaching impact that Cancer has.
Cancer Research UK receive no funding from the Government and rely entirely on our donations for research, clinical trials, and giving advice at Mobile Cancer units.
This year I am walking 24 miles up and down the Brecon Beacons and climbing 3000ft with my workplace Premier Foods this Friday which will be an effort, but of course much less painful than enduring Cancer.
Even less of a pain, will be donating to support me :)
I would really appreciate it if you could spare the price of your favourite tipple, and exchange a drink for a charity donation to a great cause:
Beer: £4
Glass of wine: £5
a Cocktail: £8
I never met my grandfather on my dad's side as he passed away shortly before I was born, at a time when diagnosis techniques, treatment, and research were far less developed than they are today. Seeing my Aunty survive Breast Cancer shows that we are on our way to beating the big C, but there is so much more that needs to be done.
Thank you for your kind support.
