CASY is a charity, set up in 1998 to support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. We work with anyone from the age of 6 to 25 by offering a confidential 1-to-1 counselling service. The young people we support come to us with a variety of presenting issues including: anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harming behaviour, attachment problems and suicidal thoughts. Our support and intervention work is essential to help restore a more stable emotional health platform from which the young person is able to grow. This helps to define the sense of self-worth, provides confidence, independence and resilience.

Story

Tim, Roger, Steve and Chris say a big THANK YOU for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We lost Joe in 2018, a beautiful, kind and thoughtful boy who loved, and was loved by, his family and friends.  His memory will always live on and, here, YOU can make a big difference with just a small donation as YOU will be helping CASY make a difference in supporting and improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of young people in our area.

CASY - Counselling and Support for Young People - provides a confidential counselling service to young people aged 6 to 25 in their offices, in schools and community venues in the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire region.
