A few months ago a bright member of the Nexus team decided it would be a good idea to organise a fund-raiser for charity and that the best way to do this would be to haul 8 other members of the team around 13.1 miles of Londons finest parks - that person shall remain nameless....for now.

The good news is that through the months of training and lunchtime salads we will be helping out not one, not two, but THREE hugely worthwhile causes for which we would greatly appreciate your kind donation - as always every little helps so anything you can spare will make a difference.

Our three chosen charities are:

1. Great Ormond Street Hospital

2. British Heart Foundation

3. Rays of Sunshine
