Mae canser yn cyffwrdd ym mywydau cymaint ohonan ni erbyn hyn ac mae Daf a finna' mor falch bod ni wedi penderfynu codi arian i achos Timirfon, sy'n cefnogi cleifion canser yng Ngogledd Cymru. Mi fyddwn ni'n rhedeg ein marathon cynta' hefo'n gilydd ar strydoedd Lerpwl ar ddydd Sul 29 Mai, ac yn meddwl am bobl fel Irfon a Dad, a'r holl gleifion canser eraill wrth wneud hynny. Cancer touches the lives of so many of us these days and Daf and I are so glad of the chance to raise money for Teamirfon, a charity which supports cancer patients in North Wales. We'll be running our first ever marathon together on the streets of Liverpool on Sunday 29 May, and will be thinking of people like Irfon and Dad, and all the other cancer patients as we do so.  Please support a cause so important to us as a couple.
