I'm taking part in the company non stop relay cycle ride from Lands End to John O'Groats (LEJOG). 981 miles in 14 stages by groups of 6-8 riders, the whole thing taking 3.5 days. I'm set to do the final leg starting from the Crask Inn (after a few pints to settle the nerves) to John O`Groats which is 83 long miles. So please help me loose a few pounds and help Cancer Research gain a few pounds  for a very good cause. Thanks everybody. Niall
