Try Triathlon Try!

Hi everyone,

On Saturday 29th August I will be taking part in the biggest physical challenge of my life: The First Annual UnLtd Triathlon.

The challenge is to swim 2K, run 5K and cycle 10K. At the moment I can do about one of those actions and then pass out, but there's a month to train(!)

In taking part in the Triathlon I will be raising money for Francis House Childrens Hospice. Francis House is a hospice which cares for terminally ill children. They provide a home from home for families who have children diagnosed as having a life threatening or life limiting condition.  When my younger brother Andrew was poorly we were lucky to have the amazing help and support of the Hospice and the incredible staff there, so it remains a cause close to my heart. I would really appreciate any donations that can help the Francis House team to continue to provide vital support to families like mine.
