<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 6pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">As many of you are aware I was in 1st Battalion Light Infantry or the Rifles as they are now called from 1978 to 1988 and did several active tours of Northern Ireland and Falklands. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 6pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Now our forces are fighting in Afghanistan and sustaining many Casualties so far the Rifles have lost 54 KIA, 26 amputees, 2 Riflemen who have lost their sight, 3 who are in neurological units.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 6pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">I am concerned for the care of our casualties and would like to help.</span></p>

McMillan Cancer Support is one charity that helps the person and families and I would like to help them carry on there worth while work and support.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 6pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Our plan is to take around 11 to 14 days to complete this!!.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 6pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">There are three of us cycling and we are leaving Lands End on the 21 May 2011 and hopfully arriving at John o' Grouts around the 1 to 4 June.</span></p>
