First big training session last night...hurt. Aiming for 6miles tmrrw

I am SO fortunate to be running the London Marathon for the second time. This time I have chosen to run for MacMillan Nurses, simply because of the absolutely unbelievabel work they do for those diagnosed with cancer. I lost 2 friends far too young to cancer, and several family members who have fought this awful disease, and really want to give something back. I am really keen to raise as much as I can for this fantastic cause so please dig deep and give whatever you can, every single penny will make such a massive difference. Thank you
