I know it is going to be tough - people who have done it or attempted it, take delight in telling me, but it won't be as tough as getting up with a life changing injury each day inflicted during the course of duty protecting your country.  23 Pioneer Regiment based in Bicester who are a key component of the team have lost 3 soldiers killed on service in Afghanistan, and several others wounded, and yet as a Regiment they are being disbanded.  They are an inspiration, and I just hope that I can do them justice.
