DECEMBER:
We have chosen a team of 12 cyclists and 2 support drivers, all students from Exeter University, to journey 3000 miles to Istanbul - thats the same distance as from Westminster to the Iraq/Iran border, for Help for Heroes.
Training has started, with weekly sessions and fitness, as well as dietary plans to make sure the team are fit enough for this monumental challenge!
