<p>DECEMBER:<br>We have chosen a team of 12 cyclists and 2 support drivers, all students from Exeter University, to journey 3000 miles to Istanbul - thats the same distance as from Westminster to the Iraq/Iran border, for Help for Heroes.<br>Training has started, with weekly sessions and fitness, as well as dietary plans to make sure the team are fit enough for this monumental challenge!&nbsp;</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now.</p>
