<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">This will be my fourth crack at the </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">London</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;"> marathon - this time I hope to finish in one piece, though I say that each time and have yet to manage it. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">Training is well underway, though finding time to fit it in around filming and writing projects is tricky - but a welcome distraction at times.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">I am immensely proud to be running for the NSPCC because of the vital work they do providing support for children who face challenges in their lives that they simply should not have to encounter. The volunteers give everyone they talk to a ray of hope that can make the difference between life and death; an word of encouragement, a shoulder to cry on, someone to talk to </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">that understands and doesn't judge - these seemingly small acts of kindness really do change lives.</span></p>

It is a tragedy if they do speak out and there is no one to answer their call.</span></font></font><font size="3">
