We are 8 soldiers spending 6 months in Afghanistan in a Patrol Base. We are going to cover the Google Maps recommeded route from Camp Bastion, Afghanistan to Herford, Germany where we are based.

This is a total distance of 6699km. This will be broken down between the 8 of us.

We will be endurance marching in body armour, carrying 10KG, from Camp Bastion to the Russian Border. This is a distance of 333.6km each. This will be done in less than 40days.

We then run to Riga Port, Latvia, a distance of 333.6km each. This too will be done in 40days.

We row to Lubeck Port germany in 10days. This is 136.25km each.

Finally we will cycle to Herford, a total distance of 271km in 24hrs.
