Hello..

2010 and my yearly fundraiser is here again, a new pair of running shoes, new bike, helmet and pants and I'm ready to for a new challenge!

I cycled the Tarka Trail, Devon during August in the torrential rain.

Then...

At the end of October, I will be trying to beat last years Stratford half marathon time by participating in the Birmingham half marathon.

I've decided to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association charity.
