Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Leading up to the Virgin London Maraton I will be Supporting two charities 'Action For Blind People' and 'Macmillan Cancer Support'.

At the begining of my Decision to run the London Maraton 2010 my team at EDF Energy were already supporting Action For Blind People.  This charity helps ensure blind and partically sighted people are given the help and support needed in all areas of their lives.  In my current employment their are staff who have been helped by the charity and it has made a massive impact on their day to day living.

I am also running for Macmillan Cancer Support, unfortunetly on 21 Septeber 2009 a very young family member was cruelly taken away from us all and in a time of need the Macmillan Nurses cared and looked after him. For this we will be forever grateful.

The minium i need to raise is £1400.00 but i hope to smash this and ensure both charities make the most of my blisters and skinny legs :)

I can only close by saying thank you so much for reading and if you have donated no matter how small "thank you" and your money will go to make someones life that little better or help people in need of some care or just a hug.

This one's for you Darren wherever you are mate, you'll always remain in all our hearts and souls and we'll forever miss you.

All My love

Nick xx
