In March 2013&nbsp;we will join a group of people trekking to Everest Base Camp. This is a&nbsp;19 day&nbsp;trek . It promises to be an extremely testing physical challenge as we will be trekking and camping in remote and dramatic conditions. The&nbsp;event, and the months of preparation, will be tough but&nbsp;we&nbsp;are doing this in order to&nbsp;raise more money for <strong>Macmillan Cancer Support</strong>.<br><br>We&nbsp;have to raise a minimum of &pound;7,500 to take part in the event, of which 66% will benefit Macmillan Cancer Support. The balance will go towards the cost of the trip.&nbsp;We hope to raise more than this and 100% of everything over this amount will benefit Macmillan.&nbsp;Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.
