<p>Vides is an amazing charity - it works with socially excluded/underpriviledged children and young people in the UK. Primarily through weekly youth work, retreat centres and activity camps during the summer holidays, Vides provides a safe place for the young people to feel secure and be themselves. If that is not enough of an incentive, donate so you can see me in pain on the Thursday! </p>
