I am taking part in the Born Survivor 10K Mud Run on 26/09/15, as part of the Siemens Mud, Sweat and Beers Team. Please help me to raise £125.00 as my contribution to our overall team target, with monies being donated to Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

The last time I ran was in 2009, when I completed the Manchester 10K run. This event is slightly different, with obstacles and lots of mud! How difficult can it be??! My family are a little concerned about me taking part, but don't worry, I'll make it! xx
