Unluckily for me I signed myself up to do the Run To The Beat half marathon in Greenwich on Sept 27th,

On the bright side that means I can ask you to reward this foolhardiness with some sponsorship, my chosen charity is UCare who deal with the treatment and care of cancer patients.  I know with your support we can make a difference to this very worthy cause as well as give me some extra motivation for my training.
