In August 2021 I will be travelling to Tanzania to climb Kilimanjaro, raising money for MindUK. This is an incredibly charity that is very close to my heart; working to ensure that no one has to face mental illness alone. 1 in 4 people will have a diagnosed mental health issue in their lifetime and Mind campaign 24/7, all year round, to provide & offer support to those who need it most and at one point, myself included.
