Nick 'no stranger to charity' Hall is back at it again.

After conquering Mount Fansipan in Vietnam last year, I've realised that there ain't no mountain high enough and, as a result, I'm now tackling the four day version of the Tour de France.

This year the team and I will be raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK.

Lads, we all know that the prostate test can be a literal 'pain in the proverbial' (it's always best to pick a Doctor with small hands) but it is important that you attend your screenings. Prostate Cancer UK anticipates that deaths will soar in the coming years. We need your donations to increase awareness, fund research and offer support to those affected..

Please donate what you can and let's get rid of this pain in the ass.
