In 2020 whilst loading up some cycles for me and some friends to go mountain biking our dear friend and fellow Bristol Mile Monkey, Brad Cole suffered a stroke! Brad has thankfully made an increadible recovery. 

The amazing charity that is "Bristol After Stroke" help people like Brad and there familys rebuild their lives after a Stroke. Thier services offer a unique combination of practical, social, emotional and psychological support to Stroke effected people and their carers and loved ones! 

With the support of the "Bristol Mile Monkeys" I will be attempting to ride my Single Speed road cycle "Sid" 213 miles back to my home Town Bristol in Under 14 hours ! We have titled this event "13"
