<p>On Sunday I completed the Marathon in just under 3 hours 22 minutes. I was spurred on by the many generous donations and kind wishes I received. If you would like to contribute it is not too late!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As you may already know my mother died from pancreatic cancer last year. She spent her final days in a hospice near Hereford. I was amazed and moved by the level of care and attention provided. From the calm dignified environment to the wonderful, sensitive and caring staff.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I hope you have no occasion to visit a hospice but it is good to know that such a service exists.&nbsp;Did you know though that all hospices rely soley on charitable donations to do their work?
