On 2 July 2016 I, along with 26 friends, will be taking on a fantastic challenge to raise money for KeepTheBeat. We will be riding from the village of Burbage in Leicestershire to Watergate Bay on the Cornish coast in around 24 hours without any sleep. Its 300 miles and over 22,000 ft of climbing - to put that into perspective that amount of climbing is higher than Everest base camp-and up there with the highest peaks in the world.

KeepTheBeat is a fantastic Charity that provides invaluable support to the children & families affected by Congenital Heart Defects as well as providing Hospital paediatric units with essential equipment & training facilities.
