Story

Well the weather managed to be kind and I competed the ride in 4hrs 13 minutes, which for a first time is not a bad effort. Many thanks for your continued support.

There isn’t one really.........

I've threatened for years to do something for charity and 2012 sees the start of it. At the end of last year I attended a rather emotional fund raising evening and sat in awe of so many different people, some less fortunate than myself giving an awful lot in the name of charity.

After a bit of "browsing" on twitter........ yes! Finally, I do embrace social media....... I stumbled across a fundraising cycle ride between Stockport and Southport to raise money for St Ann’s Hospice.

So I decided this was it, let’s get fit & healthy and do something worthwhile at the same time.

So here goes, over the coming months I will take part in various events, raising money for a very worthy cause.

Please visit www.leemic.co.uk/supported-charity for further information on other events I am doing in aid of St Ann's Hospice.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
