Intent to not let another Summer of indulgence play serious havoc with the waistline I thought it would be a good idea to take part in my first Triathlon.

I'll be raising money for Lionheart, the charity for RICS members who look after Surveyors and their dependents in the harder times so any donations are greatly appreciated to help them continue their good work.
