Over 30 of us from my workplace, Lawcris, will be taking on the mighty tough mudder challenge in Skipton which involves a 10 mile run, being electrocuted, plunging head-first through a tight dark tube into ice-laden water and add to that copious amounts of mud. Am I mad? Of course I am!

However there is one thing that will keep me going and that will be our charity partner as we are raising money for St Gemma's Hospice, an amazing organisation very close to our hearts and your donation will really help us smash this goal.
