I am running the Edinburgh marathon for the third time and once again would be looking for some poppy from you if you can spare it.

In Scotland it is estimated that there are 10,500 people with MS - more people per capita than anywhere else in the world.

This will be my first time since 2009 and training as ever is going down like a one legged man doing the hokey cokey/knackered lift etc etc.

Once again, I haven't worked hard enough on my 'guns' this year so will spare you all a picture of me in just my orange vest and shorts - sorry ladies.

I will be able to claim £ for £ up to £500 from my work too.
