So here we go again!

After two Lifecycles and lots of pain and shouting trying to get up those hills I’ve succumbed to the third one. This one is a bit different and instead of going, principally, from the top to the bottom of the UK we’re going round in a kind of circle taking in the 5 capitals of the UK and Ireland. However, still as long covering about 80 miles a day over 12 days.

This year we’re cycling for a great cause – stroke rehabilitation research. A stroke can change a life in an instant and if there is any way I can help with the well-being and quality of life of stoke survivors then all my pain will be worth it.
