<p>Hi all, yes it's true, after posting a personal best last year, it's time to run London again on the premise that two years training has to bear some fruit and it can't be another hot one - although Silverstone was!&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>For anyone that does sponsor me there's the added incentive of a draw to win a signed first team shirt from Aston Villa, Newcastle United, Everton and Rangers FC, and a Rangers FC signed football too.&nbsp; Everyone listed on my justgiving page will be entered!&nbsp; Thanks to Thomas Cook Sport and Hatch Communications for donating the prizes, results on the page on the 23rd April. </em></strong></p> <p>Once again, I'm running as part of the team for the Thomas Cook Children's Charity, who in this Olympic year are doing some fantastic work with Sport England's Inspired fund to help kids in disadvantaged areas or with disabilities get involved in sport at their local club.&nbsp; As part of our legacy involved with London 2012, over &pound;100,000 has already been given to local sports clubs.&nbsp; This is on top of the great work the charity does around the world.</p> <p>My target is &pound;2012, so I'm looking for quantity not just quality - tell your friends, tell my friends, and just remember, there's no cheaper way to cover 26 miles if you sponsor me &pound;10.&nbsp; OK, I'm slower than you're car but at least I'm the one doing the run!&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>Thank you so much for visiting my page and hopefully sponsoring me.&nbsp; It will keep me motivated as I run the next 100 or so miles in training -&nbsp; I'll keep you updated on my progress and let you know how I get on in April.</p> <p>Thanks again, Nick</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
