On 30 October 2009 I am taking part in a sponsored fire walk challenge to raise money for the Arthur Rank Hospice.

The challenge involves walking barefoot over red hot embers smouldering at over 1200ºF, and the evening will be filled with fire jugglers and the sound of Arco Iris - Cambridge's Community Samba Band!

Arthur Rank Hospice supports over 1000 patients and families each year, helping them to deal with the challenges presented by cancer and other life limiting illnesses.
