Gran Fondo NY (www.granfondony.com) is a 100 mile race starting at Manhattan's George Washington Bridge and looping up and back besides New York's Hudson river. I'm riding the race for the first time on May 18th, 2014 and am honored to be doing so in support of Myeloma UK.

Myeloma UK is focused on researching and finding a cure for this rare type of cancer as well as providing resources and information to patients and their families. My cousin is one of the patients who has benefited from the work Myeloma UK does and I  am so pleased to be able to ride for such a good cause.
