Story

Thanks for visiting our JustGiving page.

After the sudden loss of Lou's much loved Nan, Eileen, six weeks after a stroke on Christmas Day, we felt that we wanted to raise some money for a good cause. All very last minute, on 25th April we have signed up to cycle 53km from Lincoln to Boston, Eileen's home town, in aid of The Butterfly Hospice Trust, a new project, just beginning to be built in the grounds of the Pilgrim Hospital, where Eileen spent her last days. The Trust is a formal charity and works on a shoe-string, but with great and noble aspirations - please help us reach our modest target.

Rest assured no lycra will be worn at any stage during training, the event or after - in fact, not ever. No way. Nope. Na. Not on your nelly!

Thanks for giving.
