Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running The Nike / Grazia 10K Human Race in Victoria Park, E9 on 24th October 09 in aid of St Michaels Hospice, St Leonard's on Sea.

A very dear friend of mine's husband sadly died of Melanoma earlier this year and  the support of St Michael's Hospice at home team was invaluable to him and his family.

Since saying i was going to do this run my dear friend and babysitter extraordinare was diagnosed with an incurable and virilant cancer.  She  regrettably passed away in St Michael's Hospice where they  tended her every need and looked after her to make her as comfortable as they possibly could.  I know that she was in the best hands but it makes me more determined to run my best and raise as much dosh as i can.
