The 6 mile walk in memory of my sister Tania and to raise much needed funds for Epilepsy Action will take place on Sunday 11th July at Lea Valley Park, near Harlow. The walk will start at 10.30am with a view to having a great walk around the lakes, chatting and enjoying the scenery and hopefully the sunshine! The terrain is suitable for all abilities and there will be flags, balloons and maps too.

We anticipate the walk taking around 3 hours (this is leisurely) and to finish with a picnic!
