My dear grandfather Charlie was cruelly taken from us by Alzheimer's and The Alzheimer's Society are improving the lives of those affected by dementia, like him every-day. This wonderful Society needs every bit of support we can offer, and I hope my contribution will make even the smallest of difference.

The Alzheimer's Society is the nominated supported charity of Home Retail Group, so together with my Argos for Business colleagues, we are Trekking 27miles together! 

 Anyone that knows me and my 'current' fitness levels should recognise that this will be very challenging, but I am going to throw myself in wholeheartedly and will succeed! 

Please spread the word and help me reach my individual target and support me and my colleagues in giving back to this wonderful cause.
