Last year I managed to convince many of my family and friends, both online and in real life, to donate over £900 when I joined in with two Race For Life events with other members of Team Drama Llama in tow.  

This year, I have decided to go one step further.  I will be running another Race For Life again later this year but thought that I might as well use a few of the madcap ideas I have to raise some extra cash for a fantastic charity. 

As soon as the weather permits (UPDATE: 27th June) I am throwing myself out of a plane (Flookburgh).

On June 25th I will be taking part in the Race For Life (Blackburn).

On the blog I may do another awareness campaign.  

Whatever it is, I shall be raising money for Cancer Research UK.

My constant reason for supporting Cancer Research UK is the fact that we still have our beautiful daughter with us.  In 1992 she was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma.  You can read her cancer story here - "There are only so many perfect heads in the world..."
