Mum and myself are walking the 60 miles of the Solent Way commencing on  the 21st June 2010, we are walking in memory of Paul Darling loving father, husband and Grandad, who spent many years in the care of Portsmouth Renal Unit.  This is our way of saying a big THANK YOU to everyone involved during this time and also to the excellent transplant team who's care and continuing support is very much appreciated.
