I'm running the London 10k this year for the Single Homeless Project.

I've always tried to support charities and origanisations who look out for people who find themselves without a permanent roof over their heads. I know that if I hadn't been so lucky in my life there's always a chance I could have ended up there, and even still could. You can't predict how events can transpire to change the circumstances around you, as anyone who's watched Trading Places will know.

The Single Homeless Project was started by a group of homeless people and has been doing great work in and around London for over 30 years now. It's a cause I strongly believe in, and if you could spare any donation, no matter how little, it will be massively appreciated.
