Lancashire radio station Rock FM and Magic 999 are currently running a 'Bride Wars' competition. In short the competition is to win your dream wedding worth £25,000, and involves a number of couples competing against each other to raise the most money for the charity 'Cash for Kids'. The couple to raise the most money for the charity over the week 9th - 17th July will win the competition.
Cash for kids is a registered charity (No. 1122062) which raises money for sick and disadvantaged children in Lancashire.
Rock FM & Magic 999's Cash for Kids award funds to projects and organisations directly working with disadvantaged and disabled children in the official broadcast area of Rock FM & Magic 999.
Our aim is to raise money for local children in crisis, for kids who are suffering from abuse or neglect, who are disabled and have special needs and for children who need extra care and guidance.
Rock FM & Magic 999's Cash for Kids works hard to improve the day to day quality of life for our children.
Friday 15th July - We will be fund raising @ Yates' Southshore Blackpool this evening with live performance from local band SPITFIRE LIVE followed by Yates' Karaoke. Kick off @ 7.30pm. Free Entrance.
Saturday 16th July - Preston Flag Market - 12 hour cycle. Come and support us and cash for kids.
Saturday 16th July - Our evening will be spent in Preston city centre with MACS and Squires so come and support cash for kids and donate generously.
Sunday 17th July - Fleetwood Tram Day Parade 11am
