Its that time of year again that I will be helping a charity by running 10 miles in the wind and rain yes its the Great South Run!!  

This year I have decided to run for the Stubbington Ark, as most of you are aware I have 2 cats Jinx and Pepsi. One day while watching TV I watched a programme about mistreated cats and dogs and this made me feel really sad that someone could be so cruel to starve and abuse a cat, however the cat was rescued and cared for by an animal shelter and was given a second chance in life to be re-homed by a family that will love and care for this cat!!  

In order for places like the Stubbington Ark to help these animals they need to raise £2,000 a day as they receive NO FUNDING from the RSPCA.  I am asking all of you as my friends and family to help me raise funds to give these animals a second chance in life, this means so much to me.  Please donate what ever you can afford and thank you again for your support!!  xxxxxx
