Matthew, Lewis, Steve and I will all be taking part in a fun Team Triathlon in support of JDRF.

The event has been organised by close friends who's son was diagnosed with Type 01 Diabetes in 2013, aged 6. Adam is an inspiration to everyone that knows him, taking everything in his stride with a massive smile on his face.
