My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is my personal challenge to get fit, lose weight, eat more healthily, ditch the vino! using the Rosemary Conley's lose a stone challenge (and maintain it), starting on 24th July and ending in early September.

What better than to raise money for my favourite charity - Fund for the Replacement of Medical Experiments at the same time. A charity whose ultimate aim is the elimination of the need to use laboratory animals in any kind of medical or scientific procedures by seeking alternatives. One way is by creating cultures in a petri dish which simulates body tissue/organs for testing medicines. Please read their story in the link below amazing www.frame.org.uk
