Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
For the 2nd year, I am so proud to be part of the Thinking of Oscar triathlon team participating in the Blenheim sprint triathlon on June 5th. We are an 85 strong team this year!!
On Thursday 19th June 2014 Oscar Noah Cole died. He was 16 months old. Oscar was in hospital being treated routinely for an infection and nobody imagined that he would not make a full recovery. Thinking of Oscar was set up by Oscar's parents Hannah and David to to improve the care for children and their families while in hospital. We are aiming to collectively raise £100,000 to complete funding of a new Paediatrics Procedures Unit for the Oxford Children's hospital (which we raised over £60,000 for last year!) as well as looking at new causes. More information can be found on our group Just Giving Page and the TOO website (http://thinkingofoscar.com)
For those of you who are able to donate - THANK YOU. I have seen the determination and passion that Hannah and David put into Thinking of Oscar, and I can assure every penny will go towards helping sick children and their families xx
