I am doing this jump with my colleague Rich Balding to help him raise money for his chosen charity Shine, which helps those affected by Spina Bifida.

Rich has three lovely children, the youngest Harvey who is 3 was born with the condition.

Rich is such a loving and dedicated Dad I thought this was a good way to try to help. Please help me to help him.

I aim to at least £500 for this excellent charity.
